know what? I'm still unemployed. woohoo. so dead broke. whatever it is, I'm getting bored of being an unemployed, I only love the fact that I am able to sleep as much as I want to at home. so... updates! Changed my hair colour again, this time to copper brown. I got my hair done during early May at my Aunt's place. And then a week after that, went for 3 steps 1 bow at Hougang stadium with my maternal aunts,cousins,my mummy and auntie helen. My legs did not ache much thanks to my more regular exercise routine nowadays :) Vesak Day celebration was great, heart-warming and more meaningful this year. Had the usual Vesak prayers at temple with family in the morning, and then attended a Vesak Day celebration at Swissotel - Stamford with family and the temple devotees. My godmother and my 3rd aunt was present too. There were prayers, small kids performing and also a play showing what Venerable Xuan Zhang (Tang San Zang) experienced and his journey to the west to obtain the buddhist scriptures. The most heartwarming and meaningful part was during the 'lotus lights' part, when all of us were praying as a whole together regardless whether we know each other. the scene was just so picture perfect, so beautiful! And then, I managed to meetup with my girls,my beloved daughters after quite some time. Was at RP first then headed to town to chill. It was nice to hear updates from my girls <3 Oh! and I went for a midnight movie with my SEG clique - CK Fabian and Zoo! We went to watch Dark shadows and had supper at Simpang Bedok after movie.It was nice, BUT! CK's driving was a lil unexpected that night with his sudden change of lanes, whatever it is, I still enjoyed the great company that night :D Ah and yes! I had a NDP family dinner gathering just last week with Chavonne mother, Zoo, Samihah, Sha1, Hui Fen and Yin Feong. Clement and Zhong Jian came too with Chavonne! well and yes, something's missing, CHAD. but still, it was nice to have that gathering :)) I also managed to meetup with my bastard brother, CHAD LESTER CHEN XUAN! well, honestly speaking i was happy to meet him though i didnt admit to him face to face hahaha. it was a impromptu meetup at Khatib Macdonalds during late night. Nice to know of his updates and also my updates to him. my post is getting tad lil boring already, but anyway I have been 'socialising' more. More or less still alright. hahaha. OHOHOHOH and last but not least,
I'M GONNA START MY PRIVATE DEGREE SOON! LIKE REAL SOON ON JULY 2ND! MEOWWW! Eggcited and scared! Will be taking 3 modules for this term till 28th Oct. 1) Principles of Employment Relations 2) Logistics Management 3) Marketing Research Wish me luck humans! and so. I'm back to when I just graduated from polytechnic a year ago. I've resigned my job from Republic Polytechnic as of end of March. I'm still looking for a job. Gonna start my part time degree soon in July in a private institution. Bachelor in Business Management! Thank BUDDHA that I'm not required to take the advanced diploma. my dad's pretty much getting back into shape. now that I see him everyday at home.pretty much naggy and a lil more hot tempered, but still fine! :)) have been praying alot alot!
so I've been either going out with very tight budget or have been staying at home watching k-dramas and applying jobs online. random thought, but miss C at AUSSIE now had bugged me to update my blog and yet someone is not! AHEM! and so! I recently start missing my poly moments with NDP and SEG FOC and FOP. such a free mind to think of those moments again... I miss 2010, happening year with less worries and more fun. 2 years have passed and this year I'm turning 21! oh my freaking goodnessssssss. I've already attended 4 of my friends' 21st since january this year! and 1 more 21st masquerade party this saturday ! which makes me think whether i wanna organize a party for my 21st, with the cake, venue and food. money money! need to work hard and get a job!
ohh and I'm excited as I'm gonna be a god-mother soon! i pretty much wish and pray my godson will be born healthy and cute! :D *dear godson, wait till I get a job I will start buying clothes for you even though you're not born yet! heehee*

I went to a neighbourhood nail parlour to do this. not very fantastic but it somehow sparked the interest in DIY nails that I have been doing recently :)
I've been through so many emotional changes, got to learn the different meanings of life and reality during these few months. I don't remember whether I have mentioned before in my livejournal but it was a very very draining,worrisome yet fruitful experience for me that taught me to treasure my family members even more. my dad was found to have a few tumours a day after my 20th birthday last year and was confirmed and diagnosed with cancer-stage 3 a while after the check up. and yes my dad has been following up with his regular check ups and going through his chemotherapy sessions. There are side effects from the treatments and its really saddening to see my dad going through all these. I've been sad,I've cried like mad and I've been really negative at the start but everything is getting back to normal now. So yea, indeed being positive is very important, not only that being supportive is also another huge important factor. I still get pretty sensitive when my dad does something that made me feel touched, well who doesn't? when my dad starts to handover duties to me, when my dad gives me the annual red packet during CNY 2012 despite having no income ever since he was diagnosed with cancer. and yes, I'm appreciative for what my parents have done for me and how much they have tried to please me and satisfy my wants and needs. I admit I still get pretty upset at times but I do think I have become more appreciative and understanding towards my parents now. Their beloved daughter is turning 21 this year. As we grow older, it means our parents are growing older too and facing higher chances of falling sick. Saddening but it's reality. I can't imagine when the unwanted experience comes but yea... So yes people! Stay positive, be supportive and treasure your family members even though at times you still feel indignant and unhappy with them. No matter what family is still family. Blood is thicker than water!
So hesitant, so fearful. Every time I try to convince myself that I'm already at this age, I need to grow up and face this world bravely and independently, I feel scared. I can't always depend on my parents and make them worried bout me. I still have yet to have a future plan, all the plans now are for my family. I really wonder, I feel so lost, so.. useless. When some of my other friends already have their future planned out. What I'm planning to do now, is for the sake of my family, what bout me? I really don't know. Everytime I try to remind myself, to be contented with what I have, my family is all still alive, we are all still living together, I still have a proper home to live in. But I still can't help to not think for the worst. I fear everytime I go for work, I fear everytime when my mum wants to talk to me about my dad. I fear one day, my dad will leave us, I fear one day everyone leaves me. I fear. I want to be happy, even after all those self reminders I still can't be contented. I really don't know. All I can do is pray, and hope one day I can find my direction. 阿弥陀佛
So I finally got to step into Universal Studios after it has been opened for so long. and yes, I got to try the famous and just opened Transformers ride for 2 times! Weather was pretty fine, not so humid and thankfully it didn't rain. There was quite a crowd in the earlier day at USS but it got lesser during late noon. Oh and almost forgot to mention the people whom i went with - ZOO( Azura), AIN, SHA2 & her 2 sisters. Yes, i was the only Chinese in the group and the oldest(physically but not mentally I ADMIT). Ain which is Zoo's sister is still as cute and comical as ever, she calls me princess once a while while we were together at USS, not forgetting 'My lady, ... ...' when we were at Far Far Away Land. So we spent almost the whole day till USS were closing to make full use of our $104 admission ticket . It was expensive, but it's definitely worth it if you spend the whole day inside USS during a peak day. Oh, and if you wondering why $104? it's $74 for admission ticket and $30 for express tickets (which means you can skip the extremely looooooong queue and get priority for the rides but for single usage for each rides only). Not forgetting that I was thankful that my friend, SANDRA managed to help me get some attraction pass for single rides too( it's usage is the same as express but the terms & conditions is just slightly different).
So, first ride taken was 'ACCELERATOR', its name of the ride doesnt really fit the ride. The ride was almost similar as those teacups ride that turns round and round. Next ride was already one of the thrilling rides, Galactica - Cylon Ride, well we rode the ride 3 or 4 times within that day? It was fun & thrilling but I personally feel it wasnt thrilling enough,hehe. Other rides & shows were good too,just going to highlight some which i particularly like more. The Galactica- Human ride, Revenge of the Mummy ride, Tranformers ride, Donkey show @Far Far Away Land and the show at Waterworld was AWESOME. Well we chose to be seated in the 'SOAK' zone, and mind you majority of the people in soak zone is really literally soaked if you were not prepared. There were 3 seating zones for this show - Soak, Splash and Dry zone. So yup everyone in my group was literally wet and soaked except for Ain who was fully covered in a poncho. Expect to see some stunts and also some fire and gunshots during the show at waterworld. and and before i forgot, if you guys were to go and see the shows, be prepared for special surprises! I really find that the tickets were worth the price for all the special surprises and the thrilling rides. Oh and I guess I am really very VERY into princess stuffs, hahaha i was so excited when we were at Far Far Away Land! The palace alike building got me jumping around! So that's where i admit i wasn't the oldest(mentally) in the group. haha !
Last but not least, thank you ZOO for helping us to buy the tickets beforehand first & Sha2's mother who prepared lunch for us. Food inside USS is expensive! We managed to saved around $10-$14 per pax/meal cause of the prepared lunch. So visitors who will be visiting USS in the future, just a reminder for you if you want to save extra costs you may want to consider preparing some food, there are benches around the park . The tables are only used for customers patronizing the food stores there.There are water coolers in the park, so visitors are able to refill their water bottle for free :)) So that's about USS. short and with a little information sharing!
Clarissa's Window Shopping hunt for her oversea studies - Town, 17.12.2011
It started and ended off with a rainy day.We headed to town taking SMRT-train transport with risk of facing technical problems.Thankful that there were no problems when we were heading there and heading back home. So we were just hanging around orchard to look for her autumn and winter-wear clothes for her start of overseas studies next year. It was just window shopping, nothing much. Oh and for dinner, she brought me to lucky plaza's food court and recommended me the Fish& Chips there. Not bad and it's cheap for the amount ,quality and the location. Ah yes, thank you for the eyeshadow too! haha. No pictures were taken as both of us didn't bring our cameras and we forgot to take picture too using my iPhone. That's bout it for this part!
My Subconscious Mind and Dream.
So I dreamed that I was married. second marriage dream that I had this year. This time it was a Chinese Singaporean man that i was married to, more facial features were distinctive this time. Was tall enough for me, wears spectacles, eyes were bigger than mine and he has dimples when he smiles. Looks wise, was quite good-looking, maybe a score of 7.5/10? So I dreamt of this wedding scene for our traditional chinese wedding where the groom have to come and get the bride from my home and also the wedding dinner scene. I can't really remember much so that's what my memory has. I'm kinda confused though, German? Chinese? I don't know. Think I have heard of and attended too many happy weddings this 2 years. My subconscious mind is so complicated. Let's just wait and see in the years to come :))

Outfit of the day and snapshots of my maternal cousin's solemnization on 05 Dec 2011 at Swissotel- Merchant Court. -My royal blue jumpsuit to match Michelle & KK's solemnization blue and white theme.
2PM started the concert rolling with their new album's 'HOT' followed by 'ELECTRICITY' with those green 'laser led' lights all around the indoor stadium. They started out with their HANDS UP album songs first, then in between was some of the members solo stage. NICKHUN and TAECYEON sang ' MY VALENTINE' together. JUNSU sang his single 'ALIVE' CHANSUNG did a 'samurai' performance with his dashing red coat and background. NICKHUN looks so dashing with his whole white outfit during the first part of the concert. Really look like 'prince charming' ! TAECYEON started out his outfit by a red military inspired jacket. Will remember how CHANSUNG was being pushed to speak in English when NICKHUN and TAECYEON asked him to, his face was blank and blur. SUCH a CUTE MAKNAE. JUNHO was always trying to show the 'body heart shape' sign when they were chatting with us. SO CUTE when he act Aegyo! WOOYOUNG showed us his dance . Really one of the best dancers in 2PM! Surprisingly JUNSU was able to converse in English with us. Most of the chatting was initiated by TAECYEON , NICKHUN and JUNSU. Haha Oh and SPASM when some of them started unbuttoning their shirt. TAECYEON & CHANSUNG removed theirs shirts at the end of the concert. JUNSU & TAECYEON got their signature toy (Panda & OKcat) from lucky fans who threw to them ! And I envy those fans who got roses from them!! Ahh. Well at least I was at 2PM's first concert at Singapore! Proud to be a HOTTEST! Pictures and videos are gonna be uploaded to my FB! :)
